The Browning X-Blade II GP is a break barrel air rifle built by Umarex under licence from Browning.
Instead of a steel spring, this rifle works with a gas piston (GP stands for Gas Piston).
That gives you up to 24 joules in 5.5mm from a simple and reliable break barrel.

This makes the X-Blade II a great choice for:

Gas piston instead of a spring

On a normal spring piston rifle you compress a coil spring.
The X-Blade II uses a cylinder filled with gas instead.
The result is a smoother shot with less vibration and calmer recoil.
Cocking the barrel also feels more even than with a steel spring.

An extra advantage: a gas piston does not fatigue when the rifle is left cocked for a longer time, so the power stays consistent from shot to shot.

Sights and scope mounting

Out of the box the X-Blade II comes with open sights and a fibre optic front sight. The rear sight has micrometer adjustment for elevation and windage, so you can start shooting straight away.

Prefer a scope? The action has an 11mm dovetail rail.
Choose 11mm scope mounts or a scope that comes with 11mm mounts, such as the Hawke Fast Mount 3-9x40.

Stock and grip

The stock is made of synthetic material, so it is not affected by moisture or weather.
Textured areas on the forearm and grip give you a firm hold. The rubber butt pad absorbs recoil and keeps the rifle from slipping off your shoulder.

Ammunition

This X-Blade II has a 5.5mm (.22) barrel.
In our opinion, the X-Blade is a quality rifle, so we recommend using quality ammunition to get the most out of the gun!
