We at Airgunseurope sell high quality products and we always strive to deliver them to you with the best care. However, you may wish to return a product for a specific reason.

We will of course always look for the best solution for you.

If you want to use your right of withdrawal, you must contact our customer service or register your return by email within fourteen days of receipt of the product.

After this notification, the product must be received by us within fourteen days.

The shipping costs are for your own account.

You can package and ship your return as follows:

  1. Pack your return as discreetly as possible in the original shipping box or other sturdy packaging.
  2. Tape the shipping box tightly.
  3. Clearly state the return address on the shipping box.
  4. Send your return by post and keep the proof of shipment.
