The UTG Pro Recon MD-1 is not only made for flexibility, but also durability.
With sturdy 6061-T6 and 7075-T6 aluminum and steel reinforcement points, this mount is extremely sturdy.
Besides a this strong finish, it is also extremely flexible in use.
Swivel & Tilt
The head of this bipod can rotate 360 and tilt 19 degrees.
This means that the weapon can always be placed level on any surface.
At the back of the mounting block is a quick-release lever with which this swivel can be locked in position in no time at all.
3 Position folding legs
The legs of the MD-1 can be canted in 3 positions.
- 0° folded
- 45° canted forward
- 90° downward
This places the resting point forward and lets the rifle lean backwards.
This ensures a stable position.
Adjustable height.
The legs of the bipod are extendable thanks to the Spin-lock system.
This allows the legs to be extended by simply pulling on them.
A simple twist allows the legs to retract inwards again.
Of course, the legs can be locked to prevent accidental retraction.
