The Target Sports Spear 280 combines an impressive amount of power with the convenience of a smooth side-lever cocking system.
With a 280 cc cylinder and a working pressure of 200 bar, this rifle provides a great air reserve for long-lasting consistency without sacrificing agility!

The Spear is available in 2 different calibers:

• 5.5 mm (.22): 12-shot magazine and a energy output of 44 Joules. Ideal if you are looking for a flatter trajectory and a bit more shots per magazine.
• 6.35 mm (.25): 10-shot magazine and a energy output of 49 Joules. The right choice if you are aiming for maximum impact on target.

Using the Spear 280 PCP Air Rifle

The air cylinder of the Spear can be filled using the included fill probe.
This probe features a 1/8" BSP thread for connecting to the hose of your air source (pump, tank, compressor), allowing you to fill it up to 200 bar.

Does your air source feature a Foster quick-disconnect coupling? Simply use this Foster male adapter.

The magazines are self-rotating and are tensioned by winding up the cover and the internal spool.
Combined with the smooth biathlon-style side-lever, you can cock the Spear lightning-fast for a follow-up shot!

On top of the Spear, there is a Picatinny rail for mounting optics such as a rifle scope.
Underneath the air cylinder, you'll find the same type of rail for mounting accessories such as a sturdy bipod.

Our Take on the TS Spear 280

The Spear 280 features a minimalist design with a highly robust finish.
Combined with modern features such as a side-lever action and self-rotating magazines, this is a fantastic PCP air rifle in its price range!

Because of the un-shrouded barrel, the Spear is quite loud.
So we do recommend using a moderator/silencer if you want to keep the neighbours happy.
