Zero eye-relief

With its short eye relief, this scope sits further back than any other rifle scope.
By combining this with the 50mm objective lens, this rifle scope has a 3 times wider viewing angle than normal rifle scopes.
To illustrate this: This rifle scope has the same field of view at 12x magnification as a normal rifle scope at 4x magnification.
A point to note here is that this rifle scope is only suitable for weapons without recoil.

Prismatic lenses & light transmission

The SWAT 12x50 is amazingly good at capturing light. Certainly compared to conventional 12x rifle scopes.
In addition, the versatile SCB2 reticle can also be illuminated at the touch of a button and comes with brightness control for all lighting situations.

Unlike normal rifle scopes that use a row of scattered lenses, the SWAT 12x50 works with a stack of prismatic lenses.
This keeps this rifle scope extremely compact with a length of only 156mm.

Adjustable mounts

The MTC SWAT 12x50 comes with a mounting ring and 3 mounting clamps.
The mounting ring can be angled up to 75MOA (minute of angle) in these mounts.
This is a very interesting feature because it allows you to shoot the rifle scope vertically with the mount and preserve the full turret adjustment range of the scope.

These clamps are made for a 22mm picatinny/weaver rail.
Also included are 2 adapters for an 11mm dovetail rail.
